This can easily be done by finding out what your daily calorie intake should be and try to stick to that amount, or reduce it by 300 calories or so. Then make sure that you exercise for at least 30 minutes 4 times each week as this will help you to burn off calories and increase your levels of fitness at the same time. By sticking to this type of diet and exercise plan you will find that you lose weight and tone up at the same time.
